We collect information you provide directly when creating an account and using ListifyPro, including your name, email address, phone number, and role (buyer/seller). For property listings, we collect property details, photographs, and pricing information. For transactions, we collect offer details, escrow documents, and payment information processed securely through Stripe. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, facilitate real estate transactions between parties, communicate with you about your account and transactions, send email notifications (offer updates, document signing requests, escrow milestones, payment confirmations), provide AI-powered market analysis through T.O.D.D., process payments and manage escrow coordination, verify your identity and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only as necessary to facilitate transactions. This includes sharing buyer information with sellers (and vice versa) when offers are submitted, sharing relevant transaction details with lenders during the pre-qualification process, sharing contact information with escrow officers assigned to your transaction, and sharing payment information with Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data From External Sources

T.O.D.D., our AI real estate advisor, accesses public data from ATTOM (property records and sales history), the US Census Bureau (neighborhood demographics), FEMA (flood zone information), the EPA (environmental data), and the USGS (earthquake activity). This data is used solely to provide market insights and is not stored in association with your personal information.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including bcrypt password hashing, JWT-based authentication with automatic token refresh, two-factor authentication (TOTP and email OTP), Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA protection, rate-limited login attempts, encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), and audit logging of security-relevant actions. Payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure and is never stored on our servers.

6. Cookies and Tracking

ListifyPro uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication tokens and user session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies as part of its bot-detection functionality. You can configure your browser to block cookies, but this may affect your ability to use the Platform.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information through your account settings. You can opt out of non-essential email notifications through your notification preferences. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. 8. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with real estate record-keeping requirements. Audit logs are retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of your account, after which personal information will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

ListifyPro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
